Time to leave Scotland ... thanks to Margaret and Gordon for making us feel like honored members of the Clan, introducing us to the land, the sea, the golf courses, the hills, the food and most of all to the greatness of the people... thanks always

ReplyDeleteIn l969 I went to Scotland and went to Stranraar (??) on the west coast. My Dad's cousin's husband was the minister of the local church. We climbed up the bell tower and rang the huge bell to celebrate our being there. It was a fine old church....all rock and antiquities. The names in Scotland are pretty wild and yes, maybe its too bad we didn't import more of them. Then Osoyosos would have some competition! I really like reading your blogs.....do you have your own computer or do you use cafes. etc? Take care.......XO carol
